British weather at its best...

Between March 15^th and 22^nd students from year 4, accompanied and supported by their teachers, Ms Freinschlag, Ms Hametner, Mrs Schuster-Schedlberger and Ms Forstenlechner, experienced an exciting language week in England.

After spending the weekend in London, admiring famous sights like the Tower, Tower Bridge, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, the Globe Theatre, the Palace of Westminster, St. Paul’s Cathedral etc., visiting Madame Tussauds and watching the musical “The Lion King”, they headed down to Eastbourne where they were welcomed by their host families. From Monday to Thursday they attended a language course at LTC college in the mornings. In the afternoons their teachers made them familiar with Eastbourne, took them on trips to Brighton, Beachy Head etc. and gave them an insight into British culture and lifestyle. Even though the weather was “typically British” – pouring with rain – it certainly was a great and unforgettable experience for our year 4 students.
