Gilbert and George

On Oct. 6^th 2011 Wahlpflichtfach English (Mag.a Mitterweissacher) travelled to Lentos in Linz to see the Gilbert & George ‘Jack Freak Pictures’ exhibition. The artists are a living sculpture and live and work in London’s East End dealing with the various motifs and aspects of human life.

Their huge colourful British and freakish photographs really impressed us. We had a perfect tour and enjoyed a completely different insight into British culture and Gilbert & George’s stunning pieces of art. They made us think and discuss and see the world in a new light.
