English Breakfast

Marmite, ham and eggs, baked beans, bitter orange marmalade on scones and peanut butter on toast. This is only a glimpse of what “the full English breakfast” might look like, prepared by class 2C during a POOL session in May.
Naturally, all the courses were served with English breakfast tea with milk, a completely new experience for most students, though some might have got used to this way of having one’s - indispensable - five o’clock tea. If this time consuming morning procedure is recommendable on a daily basis might still be left to individual decisions, but at least it is a must for the weekends.
