Scottish Dancing
On Monday, 30th March, 2a and 2b students showed a lot of enthusiasm, ambition and talent dancing along to the lively and quick rhythm of Scottish music. The traditional choreography was taught by Anna Kowal, an English native speaker, who ran this fun workshop.
This project was intended to bring the students closer together and strengthen the community spirit in the class. However, the students did not only delve into Scottish dancing; by doing extensive research on the internet, they found out more about Scotland, from kilts, lochs and highland cattle to tartans, haggis and clans.
